MUST READ Before Booking Your Appointment
- To qualify for a refill, you must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining. Refills should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks; any appointment after 4 weeks WILL be considered a full set.
- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Arrive with clean eyelashes—makeup on the eye area is not allowed. PLEASE DO NOT CURL YOUR NATURAL LASHES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- Cash is the preferred payment method (e-transfer is accepted as well). A $20.00 deposit is required in order to secure your appointment and will go towards the overall cost of the service. This fee is NON-refundable.
- Please be advised that a late fee will apply if you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid impacting subsequent clients.
- No guests are permitted during the appointment unless discussed beforehand.
- All sales are final; if you experience any issues with your lashes within 24 hours after your appointment, please contact me directly.
- Free fixes are only offered within 24 hours of your lash appointment. If adhesive or application were the issue, lashes would already show signs within that time. After 24 hours, any fallout is due to natural shedding or aftercare, and fixes will be a paid service.
- I do offer foreign refills (Price ranges as this is a refill on work done by other technicians). A better alternative is booking a removal and a full set instead. If your original lashes from another technician are applied improperly you will have to get a removal and a full set of lash extensions.
- Please be mindful that all appointments booked on a holiday have an automatic $10.00 fee added to the overall amount of the service

- Hybrid Full Set - 2 Hours $100

- Volume Full Set - 2 Hours $130

The process typically takes 90 to 120 minutes and uses premium materials for improved longevity and comfort, making it ideal for clients seeking a luxurious lash experience.

- Foreign Fill 1 Hour 30 Minutes $90
A Foreign Lash set fill involves replacing shed lash extensions with new ones while maintaining the desired style and volume off of another Lash Artists Previous Work. This process typically takes 60 to 90 minutes and is recommended every two to three weeks to keep the look full and vibrant.
- Lash Removal - 30 Minutes $30
Lash removal is a careful process involving the use of a specialized adhesive remover applied to the extensions, which breaks down the bonding agent. A trained technician then gently combs through the lashes to remove the extensions, ensuring minimal discomfort and protecting natural lashes from damage. Professional removal is essential for maintaining eye health and preventing harm to your natural lashes.
- Mini Fill $65
A mini fill is a refill on your previous lash set. Out grown lashes are removed and new lashes are replaced. A mini fill is done 1 week to 1 and a half weeks after a full set is completed. The cost of a mini fill is the same for any lash set. Mini fills can only be done once per full lash set. After one mini fill is completed a regular fill is required.
- Eyebrow Shaping and Tinting $90
Get perfectly defined brows! This service includes shaping to suit your face and a tint to enhance color and fullness, lasting up to 4 weeks.
- Hair Growth Treatment $60
Stimulate healthy growth and strengthen your hair from root to tip. This treatment nourishes the scalp, promotes circulation, and helps improve thickness and shine over time.
Lash Extension Policies
1. Appointment Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. We recommend booking fills every 1.5-3 weeks to maintain the desired fullness. A $20.00 Deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards the overall cost of your desired lash set. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
2. Consultation: A consultation is required for all first-time clients (This can be done over messages). This will include discussing your desired look, reviewing your natural lashes, and assessing any allergies or sensitivities.
3. Arriving for Appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or late fee, and we cannot guarantee the full service.
4. Cancellation, Late Fee and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will not be refunded.
5. Aftercare Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your lash extensions, proper aftercare is essential. Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions at the end of their appointment.
Key guidelines include:
♡ Avoid water and steam for the first 24–48 hours to let the adhesive fully cure.
♡ Do not rub, pull, or pick at your lashes — be gentle with them at all times.
♡ Sleep on your back to prevent lashes from getting crushed or falling out.
♡ Clean your lashes daily with an oil-free lash cleanser to remove buildup.
♡ Avoid oil-based products around your eyes (like makeup removers or creams).
♡ Skip mascara — especially waterproof — to protect the extensions.
♡ Brush your lashes gently each morning with a clean spoolie and lash shampoo
♡ Avoid excessive heat (e.g., Saunas and UV Beds) that can weaken the lash bond.
♡ Book refills every 1.5–3 weeks to keep your set looking fresh and full.
6. Allergies and Sensitivities: Clients MUST disclose any allergies or sensitivities during the consultation. A patch test can be arranged if necessary, but reactions to products can still occur. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
7. Maintenance and Fills: Regular fills are recommended every 1.5-3 weeks to maintain fullness. If you wait longer than (4 weeks), a full set will be required instead of a fill. If you do not know what to book for based on the condition of your lashes, you can send me a picture of your lashes and I will let you know if you should book for a full set or a fill.
8. Liability Waiver: Clients will be required to sign a liability waiver before receiving services, acknowledging the risks associated with lash extensions.
9. Refunds:
All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your lash extensions, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any issues.
